Knowledge and changes in the higher education sector are currently contributing to socio-economic developments that encourage new forms of cooperation economy related process globalization, social dynamics, development a knowledge-based economy. Entrepreneurship is fairly concept. EU sense three things: university itself, members (faculty) interaction with environment. The selection object based on fact FEB has quite lot Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) during 2016-2019. In this study, it aims realize economic business framework Telkom University realizing entrepreneurial agenda, must implement dimension there 8 dimensions architecturally. This study uses qualitative method interview sources, namely lecturers who have high positions such as deans, vice entrepreneurship. results prove Faculty Economics Business many programs created by both them but will support activity, need be improved from website information between students, staff. Researchers provide various kinds practical suggestions architecture can do improving developing Entrepreneurial activities.
